We will submit all primary insurance claims for you; however, our office does not file to any secondary insurance companies. Patients with dental insurance must provide accurate and complete insurance information for our office to effectively submit insurance claims. We will be happy to file for your insurance benefits as a courtesy to you, and we will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits! However, you will be responsible for the remaining balance not covered by your insurance company, including all fees considered above your insurance company’s usual and customary fee schedule. Our office does not determine your dental benefits as our relationship is ultimately with you and not your dental insurance company. Although rare, some insurance carriers will not reimburse our office directly. In such instances, you will be responsible for the full cost of each visit at the time services are provided, and your insurance company will send you the reimbursement check directly. Should your child require treatment, we will put together a treatment plan for you. This will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and an estimate of all costs due the day treatment is administered. Our office will send a pre-treatment estimate request to your insurance company to obtain a better estimation of insurance coverage prior to treatment.
